Emanuel Prompt Care offers non-emergency care on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.  The office is located at 125B Victory Drive. Emanuel Prompt Care was opened in August of 2009 in an effort to ensure Emanuel and surrounding counties access to affordable non-emergency healthcare, particularly at those times most area doctors’ offices are closed. Prompt Care does not see children under 2 years of age. Prompt Care is operated by Nurse Practitioners, Brenda Thompson, Mari Jo Greenway, Angela King, Physician Assistant Kari Ray, and Licensed Practical Nurses, Sandra Hicks and Betty George. Prompt Care Medical Director is Dr. Vijitha Prasad.
