The labor, delivery, recovery, and post-partum (LDRP) suites are designed to provide the best care possible for mother and baby, as well as involvement of the father in the birthing process. A highly trained staff of nursing personnel is available to assist your obstetrician. Immediately after birth, the baby is placed in the newborn nursery and given special nursing care. The new mother may request her baby to room in with her if she desires.

Please check with an obstetrics nurse before going to the new mother’s room. All infants may be viewed through the nursery window.
