ProPartsPlace is continuing to invest back into Emanuel County in a big way. The Swainsboro-based lawn and agricultural equipment business recently contributed $45,000 to Emanuel Medical Center (EMC) through the Georgia HEART program, bringing its total support to more than $100,000 over the past three years.
Georgia HEART enables individuals and businesses to redirect their Georgia state income tax dollars to qualifying rural hospitals like EMC, helping strengthen local healthcare. Support through this program has played a key role in expanding EMC’s Emergency Department, upgrading essential medical equipment, and enhancing its ICU.
Pro Parts Place owner Josh Black said participating was an easy decision. “I grew up in Emanuel County, and it has always been home,” Black said. “Georgia HEART gives us a meaningful way to give back to our community and support the people who support us.”
“ProPartsPlace’s ongoing commitment truly makes a difference,” said EMC CEO Damien Scott. “Their support strengthens our services and helps ensure that people in Emanuel County can receive the care they need close to home.”
Founded in 2014, Pro Parts Place specializes in quality lawn equipment and agricultural replacement parts. With more than 24,000 square feet of warehouse and office space on Highway 80 in Swainsboro, the company serves customers both locally and worldwide.
“We love our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, our families, our country, and our customers,” added Black. “Supporting EMC through Georgia HEART is just one way we can show that love in action.”
