- Job Description
Performs duties to collect patient balances for self-pay and self-pay after Insurance. Staff member will be responsible for sending statements, calling patients for account resolution, collecting amount due, and sending accounts to collection agency.
- Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Computer experience required
Exceptional customer experience required. Previous experience preferred.
