Job Description

EMC is seeking an innovative dynamic director of physician services to provide leadership to its clinic operations.  This director will report to the CEO and participate in development and implementation of the strategic plan for all physician services.  A key role will be to ensure that all clinics deliver high-quality evidence-based care with an emphasis on Wellness.  The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of successfully leading multiple practices within a health system.  Further, the candidate will have experience implementing quality measures through alternative payment models.  We are looking for a master communicator who can routinely and effectively communicate with practice managers, physicians, patients, and hospital departments to ensure an excellent patient experience

Job Requirements

.   Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration required.  Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred.  Five years of relevant clinical operations experience required including experience with rural health clinics and accountable care organizations.
